Steve and Sally on Dimsan

We met Steve and Sally a couple of years before we left for cruising. They live two houses down from the Buddy Fred's vacation home which we docked at for most of the summer of 2005 in between trips to the Bahamas. They too are preparing for cruising aboard Dimsan, their double ender cruising cutter.

Steve and Sally have been a blast to hang out with over the summer and they've been great with lending us their car to get around when we needed it. They are also usually available for happy hour at a moments notice, so we rarely had to be happy alone.

Dedicated readers may remember Sally from the time that I stalked the ever elusive and often fatal to humans - flying squirrels. The photos of said flying death demons were published elsewhere on this site, but suffice it to say that if you ever need a good squirrel wingman (or someone to hold your Corona while the squirrels are attacking) she's your man, or woman.
